Overview
Diamond Director is an iPhone, iPad, and Android baseball and softball production application provided by Bull City Software Group LLC. This policy describes version 1.0.
Information Bull City Software Group collects
Bull City Software Group does not collect personal information, analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, recordings, stream credentials, crash reports, or usage history through Diamond Director version 1.0. The app has no Bull City account, advertising, tracking technology, or company-operated cloud service.
Camera, microphone, and network
With your permission, Diamond Director uses the device camera and microphone to preview, record, or create the program you direct. On supported Apple devices, local-network access may discover compatible production cameras on a network you control. This media and discovery information is processed for your production and is not sent to Bull City Software Group.
Streaming destinations
You may provide an RTMPS destination URL and stream key issued by a third-party streaming service. Diamond Director sends the program directly from your device to that destination only when you start live output. Bull City Software Group does not receive or store the destination, video, or audio.
On iOS and iPadOS, credentials are stored in Apple Keychain. On Android, they are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key held by Android Keystore. They expire after 12 hours and can be removed sooner in the app. The destination provider processes a stream under its own terms and privacy policy.
Local recordings
If you enable local recording, Diamond Director saves an H.264/AAC movie in app-specific storage on your device. You control that recording and decide whether to delete or share it. Sharing sends the file only to the destination you select through the operating system.
Local production summaries
Diamond Director keeps up to 20 summaries on your device so you can review recent event names, dates, durations, source and output modes, recording filenames, outcomes, peak bitrate, and dropped-frame counts. These summaries have no destination-URL or stream-key fields, are not sent to Bull City Software Group, and can be cleared from Production diagnostics.
Field-test reports
Production diagnostics can create a field-test report that you may share through the operating system. The report intentionally excludes event names, RTMPS destination URLs, stream keys, recording filenames, and event-log messages. It leaves the device only when you choose a share destination.
Children's privacy and recording permission
Diamond Director is a production tool for an adult team operator and is not directed to children. It does not create profiles or knowingly collect information from children. Operators are responsible for securing any permission required to record or stream players and attendees, including minors.
Retention and security
Because Bull City Software Group does not receive app data in version 1.0, it has no app-user data to retain or delete. Credentials expire after 12 hours unless removed sooner. Recordings remain under your control. Local summaries remain until replaced by newer summaries, cleared in diagnostics, or removed with the app. Live RTMPS transmissions are encrypted in transit.
Third-party services
Diamond Director is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GameChanger Media, Inc. A destination provider's processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app's practices change. The effective date will be updated, and store privacy disclosures will be revised before a release introduces analytics, accounts, advertising, cloud storage, or other developer data collection.
